Sometimes when you're too lazy to go to the cinema or you think that the theater tickets are overpriced, you can still have a fantastic stay-in night with a good movie or TV show. Sirius and Orion are critically important because they represent Isis and Osiris, the god and goddess from which all of Egyptian civilization and, ultimately, all of human civilization, supposedly sprang. The ancient Egyptians were very clear and we find evidence in writings that Orion was linked with creation, Orion and Osiris are the same in ancient Egypt and the Egyptians believed that Osiris will return from Orion one day, and not only in Egypt we find tales of Gods" promising to return and we can find this practically in every culture in antiquity which had the knowledge of somebody who would return one day. The concept that the three pyramids at Giza are in a special alignment of Orion's Belt is amazing. Why does the Great Pyramid have air shafts that point to Orion? These are just some of the question that- until today, do not have a clear answer.
Let me just say this, right off the bat: I cannot stand the Family Guy television series. I know, I know, it's full of shocking, edgy humor and wacky character like the elderly child molester and the sex-crazed neighbor, so why shouldn't I love it? But I've seen the style of humor many times, and it's always, well, non-funny. I've said this before and I still mean it: Seth MacFarlane is this generation's Adam Sandler. They both do one voice and have made millions of dollars from it.
As we headed towards the mid and late sixties, we were then introduce or sold what we called then Hi-fi sets… whose components were movable and independent from each other. We then graduated from then on to the more sophisticated and much more powerful sound system like the Bang & Oelelfsoen, Marantz, Pioneer, Sony, Samsun, Technics and the whole bit. These came with even more revolutionary speakers(not the present day Surround Sound), but speakers made by those companies, and we mixed the, One could insert 4 - 8 speakers, with Graphic Equalizers and other such new techniques and components of sound production.
Who it's best for: Everyone. Netflix is still the king of binge. It has a vast library of movies and TV shows, plus now-classic original shows (House of Cards," Orange Is the New Black") and newer hits (Stranger Things"). It even has original movies (Beasts of No Nation"). A deal with Marvel has spawned Daredevil" and Jessica Jones." Netflix subscribers currently have access to some Disney titles, but Disney will be pulling those films later in 2019, along with Pixar movies and some Marvel titles, when it launches its own streaming service, Disney+.
Someone asked me how I would feel if someone I loved was diagnosed with cancer and died. I responded that I would have compassion for that person and I would be happy. This person looked incredulous and questioned how I could be happy in a moment like that. First of all, everything in this life is a gift, whether we win the lottery or contact cancer. The cancer is a gift to show us what we are doing to cause suffering in our lives and gives us an opportunity to change. We certainly can be compassionate about the experiences many people go through when confronted with a diagnosis of a terminal illness. However that is a cloud that can either block us from the sun of happiness or we can rise above it and see that the sun is always there.
