From Netflix to iTunes, there are no shortage of ways to watch video content on your macOS or iOS devices. Then we see Crowley telling the Winchester boys, "He is moving on to blue chips," implying that the White House official may be Lucifer's next target. The promo ends with Rowena casting a spell, Dean, Sam and Castiel in some kind of an explosion, as Dean questions, "Is that a grenade launcher?" Do not miss the explosive mid-season finale of Supernatural airing on 8 December at 9pm EST on The CW Network.
As for editing yes, I do my own most of the time. I don't have the money to pay for a professional editor and that's just the real of my situation. Thank God Sister Mary Charles and her friends insisted that I understand how a sentence is constructed. I hated her for making me diagram so many times but now I pray for her immortal soul each night. I still make mistakes from time to time, and sometimes I'll use incorrect grammar because it works better in a particular story I'm working on, but most times people don't cringe when they read my writings.
Outside of the headliner shows, including Rachel Dratch's improv star-turn at the 1200-seat Wilbur Theater, the parade of comics at smaller venues served as a reminder that great comedians are even rarer than great musicians. Yet some performers I saw there already had all the gifts, material and charisma necessary for stardom, including Kendra Cunningham with her sex-starved, blue-collar single woman act and improv whirlwind Rachel Rosenthal, now drawing laughs regularly with the house team at the People's Improv Theater in New York.
The very entertaining documentary Best Of Enemies captures both a peak and a nadir for TV. ABC was so low down in the ratings they decided that their coverage of political conventions of 1968 would include a series of debates between William F. Buckley Jr. and Gore Vidal. The two men were polar opposites in almost every way, but what they had in common were wicked and nimble minds and a gift for intellectual debate. Looking back, their debates seem almost surreally intelligent fare - if only TV could reach these heights again. On the other hand, they were clearly a precursor to personality TV where the people sniping at each other became more interesting and important than the issues. This film shows substantial portions of the debates, offers commentary from Dick Cavett and many others and shows the long-term effects it had on the two men. One immediately wishes this set included the complete debates of course, but I suppose that's what YouTube is for.
But sometimes you find videos on YouTube so excruciatingly bad you just can't stand to watch them for fear that your brain will shrivel up and hemorrhage. That's where the Iron Man part comes in. There was a video a bit further down the list that was 7 minutes of a guy sticking his feet in spaghetti and playing with it. Watching the first minute of the spaghetti feet video isn't too bad. It's gross and strange. But watching it for 6 more minutes is rough.
