I think that we can take are time and anyone asking for money, even if we know them in person, but they are asking for money right away or anything that we feel uncomfortable about or with, then we should let them go, or stop them in their tracks. If the person is serious, they will stop their behavior, if not, theey will repeat the bad behavior and then eventualy give up if we don't give in to what they want.
