I don't mind taking in even more cups of green tea, probably 7-8 cups and exercising twice the rate, but I definitely do not want to cut down on my cravings or the food I am not heavily overweight as I am 54 kgs but I do want to come down to 45-48. Do you think it is possible by intaking more than 6 cups of green tea as well as doing a lot of exercise? I am not sensitive to caffeine or anything which is why I don't mind intaking as much as I can, but at the same time I do like to drink it as much as I can before 3 p.m so that too much caffeine does not hamper with my sleep cycle at night.
